This hotel is conveniently located inside a mall, which makes shopping and dining very easy. The rooms are clean and offer a magnificent view of Jakarta. Truly a highlight of our stay. One thing to note is that the bathroom floor can be slippery. My senior-age parents also mentioned this, so do be careful when using it. The breakfast was decent with all the basic options you would expect. We appreciated the staff’s kindness in allowing us a late checkout until 1 pm as we needed time to pray before our flight. This thoughtful gesture made our stay more comfortable and stress-free.

最大的問題，潮濕，床上用品潮濕，枕頭髮黃髮黴發臭，地板臟，馬桶臟，服務態度一般般。換了枕頭，還是不大行。 強烈要求酒店更換所有床上用品。 空調也不夠OK。

Very big space room. Request queen size bed but giving me twin sharing without inform. But the room still okay. But TV cannot function. Great breakfast and good coffee served.

環境：國內二星 衞生：很多小蒼蠅… 地理位置不錯，最靠近商場. 早餐：可以説是比較難吃吧…. 服務：前台一臉假笑，問她什麼都是假笑拒絕… 如果不是工作需要，絕必不會住這間酒店

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Pluit during a business 訂房網站 and overall found it to be a convenient and well‑priced option. The location is excellent—it’s literally above Emporium Pluit Mall, offering endless dining and retail choices right downstairs. The staff were courteous and efficient, from reception to breakfast service.
